Our Story
Founded in 2019, Bean & Brew started as a tiny roastery in a garage with one mission: bring extraordinary coffee to everyday people. We travel to origin, meet the farmers, and only buy lots that score 86+ on the cupping table.
Every bean tells a story — of the soil, the climate, and the hands that harvested it. We roast in small batches every Monday and ship Tuesday through Thursday so your coffee arrives at peak flavor.

Simple tips to get the best out of every cup.
Grind right before brewing. Medium for pour-over, fine for espresso.
Filtered water at 195–205°F (90–96°C) extracts the best flavors.
Aim for a 1:16 ratio — 1g coffee per 16g water for a balanced cup.
Consume within 30 days of the roast date for peak flavor.
